Time: 1.5 Hours

Course Description:

  • OneDrive is the overarching data management system for Microsoft 365 (previously Office 365) and the glue that holds all Microsoft Office services together. It allows employees to share documents, track projects, automatically input data, collaborate online, secure their data, and a whole lot more.

  • OneDrive allows you to store, share and create documents in the cloud and access them from any device, anywhere.

  • With OneDrive, you can store documents, photos, videos - over 300 types of files on OneDrive.

  • Collaboration is a huge part of OneDrive.  Share files with others and even work on those documents in the cloud at the same time!

  • You can sync OneDrive for Business to your computer using an app in Windows. This allows you to work on your files offline when you're not connected to the internet.

  • In this course, you will be learning step-by-step how to use OneDrive to it's full capacity to help you and your employees and clients better collaborate together and also how to sync your files to the cloud so you can work from any device or offline.
